Our Staff

FTIC Staff: The founding staff is composed of eleven members, whose professions cover a range of expertise that include the following aspects of food conservation: food technology, storage engineering, entomology, phytopathology, biochemistry, agricultural economics and pest control.

FTIC's scientific and management team complement each other resulting in synergetic management and development capabilities. Potential customers are the traditional-products food industries, the agro-industry, the animal feed industry, the kosher food industry and the organic food industry.

As can be seen from the lists of publications, the Company staff have been particularly active in developing countries in Asia and Africa to promote food conservation technologies.
